How do I book a treatment?
Booking a treatment is quick and easy with Fresha, our preferred booking platform. You can find links to our booking system on our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and website. Simply click the ‘Book Online’ tab on our website to be redirected. There, you’ll find a full list of our services, detailed information, and pricing. A small deposit is required to secure your appointment. Once booked, you’ll receive email and text confirmations, along with reminders leading up to your appointment.

Can I book a consultation before committing?
Absolutely! We offer complimentary consultations with no obligation to book a treatment. During your consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your goals, tailor a treatment plan to your needs, and ensure you are a suitable candidate. We’ll also provide you with all relevant information about the procedure, including risks and aftercare, so you feel confident in your decision.

What payment methods do you accept?
We aim to offer flexible payment options for your convenience.
Preferred: Bank transfer
Other options: Cash, contactless (for payments under £250), secure payment links, or via our booking system.

What if complications arise?
Your safety is our top priority. All treatments are carried out by a registered paramedic with over 5 years of healthcare experience. We are highly trained in managing complications, including medical emergencies such as anaphylaxis and vascular occlusions. As a paramedic-led clinic, you can trust that we have the expertise to ensure your comfort and safety at every step.

How do I find you?
Our clinic address can be found on the ‘Location’ tab of our website. We’re listed on Apple Maps and Google Maps for easy navigation. Look for the third house down (not 1A or 1B). When you arrive, send us a message, and we’ll guide you through the side gate when ready.
Parking: Free street parking is available, and occasional spaces are open on our driveway.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment:
£30 for most services
£50 for anti-wrinkle injections
Changes or cancellations:
48+ hours’ notice: Deposit can be transferred to another service.
Less than 48 hours: A 25% fee will be charged.
Less than 24 hours: A 50% fee will be charged.
No-shows: The full treatment price will be charged.
Lateness: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling, with the full treatment price charged.
